Job Description

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive category growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on key business objectives and promotional activities.
  • Analyze shopper insights and market trends to identify opportunities for category development.
  • Build strong partnerships with key retailers to optimize in-store execution and visibility.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to enhance shopper engagement and sales performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of shopper marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Manage budgets and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and trade marketing activities to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, category management, or shopper marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret shopper data and market trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with retailers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for sales and marketing analysis.
