Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, productivity, and service excellence.
  • Drive warehouse optimization through effective inventory management, storage solutions, and technology utilization.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and stock control activities to support production and customer demand.
  • Develop and implement warehouse strategies, SOPs, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Manage warehouse budgets, costs, and performance metrics to achieve financial and operational targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align warehouse activities with broader business objectives.
  • Champion inventory governance, compliance, safety, and operational best practices.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse teams to achieve performance and productivity goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager (Warehousing) should have:

  • Degree-qualified in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of warehouse and logistics leadership experience within a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, 3PL management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Proven track record in driving operational excellence and large-scale improvement initiatives.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Well-versed in compliance, warehouse governance, and operational best practices.
