Job Description

This position focuses on expanding business opportunities for engineered industrial components across several Southeast Asian markets. The individual will be responsible for identifying new prospects, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth while acting as the main point of contact for both commercial and technical discussions.In addition to sales activities, the role involves supporting customers with product selection, interpreting technical requirements, and ensuring suitable solutions are aligned with their operational needs. The candidate will also manage sales pipelines, conduct regular client engagements, and contribute insights on market trends and competitive activity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Engineer should have:

  • A technical diploma or degree, ideally within a mechanical or industrial-related discipline
  • Proven experience selling engineered or industrial products in a B2B environment
  • Track record in managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate them into practical solutions for clients
  • Comfortable working autonomously while managing regional travel commitments
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior exposure to industries such as ventilation systems, industrial equipment, or energy-related sectors is advantageous
