Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end internal Compliance investigations, from initial fact-finding and case assessment through to investigation strategy and resolution.
  • Oversee investigation cases, ensuring effective resource planning, allocation, and coordination of logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders throughout the investigation process to ensure seamless execution and timely resolution.
  • Interpret and apply relevant local and international laws and regulations to ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert Compliance guidance and advisory support to business partners and Compliance Officers to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver Compliance training to colleagues and business stakeholders, promoting awareness and strengthening a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Investigator - APAC & China should have:

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in investigations, investigation management, compliance, or a related field.
  • Legal background with hands-on investigation experience; experience as a prosecutor, legal counsel, or in-house counsel is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and complex situations effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Demonstrated commitment, collaborative mindset, and strong intercultural awareness, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and environments.
  • Pragmatic, independent, and solution-oriented, with strong judgement and the ability to take ownership of matters with minimal supervision.
