The Senior Investigator - APAC & China in the energy industry will lead investigations across the APAC region with a focus on legal compliance and risk management. This permanent role is based in Selangor and requires expertise in handling complex investigations and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
This position focuses on Export Control, Sanctions Screening, Business Partner Due Diligence, and Compliance Risk Management activities across APAC markets.Beyond day-to-day screening activities, you will serve as a senior team member responsible for supporting junior colleagues, driving process improvements, enhancing documentation standards, and contributing to audit readiness and compliance governance initiatives.
This position focuses on Export Control, Sanctions Screening, Business Partner Due Diligence, and Compliance Risk Assessment activities across APAC markets. You will work closely with regional stakeholders to conduct screening activities, investigate potential compliance risks, evaluate screening results, and support regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with internal policies and global standards.
The Senior Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice and support for a range of corporate and commercial matters within the oil & gas industry. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks and regulations relevant to the sector.
