Job Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to align Human Resources priorities with operational needs.
  • Provide practical HR advice on employee matters and workplace processes.
  • Manage recruitment activities to help teams fill approved roles effectively.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities to ensure a clear start for new joiners.
  • Oversee performance management processes and support consistent implementation across teams.
  • Review HR policies and procedures to maintain clear and usable people practices.
  • Use HR data and reports to identify trends and support informed business decisions.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives for the Energy & Natural Resources business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Strong capability in Human Resources business partnering.
  • GBS migration experience
  • Practical experience managing employee relations matters.
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of performance management and HR policy implementation.
  • Ability to interpret HR data and prepare clear reports.
  • Confidence in providing HR guidance to business stakeholders.
