Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day human resources activities to support business operations and employee needs.
  • Provide HR guidance to managers on people-related matters and workplace processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align HR activities with operational requirements.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance discussions and employee movements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to support consistent people administration.
  • Review HR practices and identify practical improvements to strengthen service delivery.
  • Handle employee relations matters with care, consistency and appropriate follow-up.
  • Prepare HR updates and information to help managers make informed people decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HRBP Director should have:

  • Practical capability in managing core human resources/finance activities.
  • Strong HRBP experience
  • Experience providing HR guidance to managers and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
  • Ability to manage employee relations matters in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Capability to maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Confidence in reviewing HR processes and identifying workable improvement
