The role plays a key part in business modernisation initiatives, including AI adoption, mergers and acquisitions, change management, and scaling the organisation to support future expansion.

Job Description

  • Oversee workforce of 120hc across APAC
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Partner with the CTO and engineering teams to support AI and technology-driven transformation projects.
  • Review employee claims, expenses, and administrative processes to ensure adherence to established guidelines and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Required to travel occasionally to Johor, once a month
  • Support leadership in workforce planning and organisational development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR professional should have:

  • 10-15 years experience as a HR leader
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and local employment laws.
  • Able to travel to Johor on a monthly basis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
