Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned to personal and company sales targets
  • Identify, qualify, and manage corporate and clinic clients to grow utilisation and revenue
  • Assist in sales proposals and quotations through cross‑functional work (clinics, doctors, operations, finance)
  • Track, and study sales reports and monitor campaign performance (weekly/monthly KPIs)
  • Develop and coordinate sales & marketing materials
  • Act as a liaison between clients, clinics, and head office to ensure timely service and issue resolution
  • Conduct client feedback surveys and recommend revenue‑impacting improvements
  • Perform ad‑hoc commercial tasks as assigned



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience in sales & marketing within the healthcare industry or similar fields would be preferred
  • Strong skills to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and consultative selling.
  • The ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
