Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets in the specialty gases industry.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of technical sales experience, particularly within the industrial gases sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
