Job Description

  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand business within key semiconductor customers.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and market expansion in the region.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and services.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, commercial) to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Drive negotiations, manage commercial discussions, and ensure achievement of revenue targets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager - Semiconductor should have:

  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the semiconductor or related high-tech industry.
  • Established network or experience working with clients across Southeast Asia and/or Taiwan.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, regional role.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned markets as required.
