The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing OEM/private label products and a proven track record of successfully listing products into hypermarkets, supermarkets, and pharmacy chains.

Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within FMCG, consumer healthcare, personal care, household products, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing OEM/private label products.
  • Strong track record in listing products with major hypermarkets, supermarkets, and pharmacy retailers.
  • Established relationships with key modern trade customers in Malaysia.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and account management skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in Sarawak.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales management.
  • Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
