Responsible for leading the client's efforts to expand their retail footprint across various markets. You will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities for growth, developing and executing expansion strategies, and ensuring the successful launch of new retail locations. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, project management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

This necessitates a strong acceleration of the strategic focus areas to successfully achieve double-digit growth ambition in Asia in the years to come. This role will drive accelerated growth in defined focus areas and ensure the right balance of a global/regional/local perspective to maximize effectiveness in Asia.
The incumbent will be involved in overseeing the strategic new product development initiatives across the regional level (SEA and India). This includes providing science-based nutrition profile design for new and improved products, taking safety, suitability, efficacy and formulations into consideration. This person will have the pivotal role of ensuring strong communication within the teams.
