Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the applied HVAC sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their HVAC needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales/service administration and finance to ensure smooth system usage, timely payment collection, and effective management of customer credit matters.
  • Keep clients informed of product updates, new solutions, and ongoing promotional programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager (Applied HVAC) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial or technical products such as HVAC systems (e.g., chillers), pumps, cooling towers, elevators, or medical equipment.
  • Proven experience engaging with contractors, consultants, and business owners, including involvement in project-based sales.
  • Familiarity with building systems, particularly HVAC solutions, is advantageous.
  • Prior exposure to the building or construction industry is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is beneficial.
