Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end Record-to-Report activities, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure IFRS compliance across reporting processes and support implementation or enhancement of IFRS frameworks.
  • Review and prepare journal entries, balance sheet schedules, and management reports.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, actuarial, and technical teams across markets, especially Thailand.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to strengthen RTR efficiency.
  • Act as key point of contact for audits and regional finance queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Manager (Thai Speaker) should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Thai language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of record-to-report processes and accounting standards.
  • Experience in the professional services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
