This position focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, and stakeholder management across Australia and selected APAC markets. You will work directly with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, drive sourcing strategies, manage recruitment processes, and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines and hiring targets.

About Our Client

A well-established multinational organization with a growing regional support function serving stakeholders across APAC and Australia. As part of its continued expansion, the organization is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join its Internal Recruitment team, supporting end-to-end hiring activities for white-collar positions across the Australia market while partnering closely with regional stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through offer management and onboarding
  • Partner closely with Australia-based hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans
  • Develop sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking channels, and talent pipelines
  • Conduct candidate screening, assessments, shortlist reviews, and interview coordination
  • Manage multiple hiring requirements concurrently while meeting recruitment KPIs and service levels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands
  • Provide recruitment market insights and candidate updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and talent databases
  • Support employer branding, career campaigns, referral initiatives, and talent attraction activities where required
  • Participate in recruitment process improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, RPO, Staffing, or related functions
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
  • Volume recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
  • Comfortable supporting hiring managers across Australia and regional markets
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience managing recruitment KPIs, hiring targets, and multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Exposure to ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or recruitment technologies would be advantageous
