Job Description

  • Lead and grow regional sales activities across all the key markets in SEA.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales specialists, ensuring strong customer coverage and performance.
  • Drive solution-based selling, integrating packaging materials, filling machines, and field service support.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers across food and beverage industries, particularly food service segments.
  • Partner closely with regional stakeholders across marketing, engineering, supply chain, and project management.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and global commercial objectives.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product and solution development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in solution-led B2B sales, ideally within packaging, industrial equipment, or capital goods.
  • Strong exposure to technical or consultative sales environments.
  • Experience operating across multiple markets or regional roles within Asia.
  • Commercially sharp, logical, and structured in approach.
  • Comfortable working within a multinational, matrix organisation.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
