We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for an established industrial solutions company who will oversee sales operations, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth acrossASEAN. This role will lead multi-country teams, develop new business opportunities, and execute regional sales strategies in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Job Description

    • Drive regional sales strategy and deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets across SEA
    • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales managers, engineers, and distributors
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening key account relationships
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure forecasting accuracy
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks
    • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with strategic customers
    • Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen brand presence
    • Monitor KPIs and sales performance using CRM tools and data-driven insight



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related engineering discipline
  • 15 years of experience inB2B technical sales or industrial/automation industries
  • At least 8 years in a managerial role with proven experience managing large teams
  • Strong regional exposure across Southeast Asia
  • Demonstrated success in business development and building strong sales pipelines
  • Commercially driven with strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in evolving markets
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is advantageous for ease of communication with key accounts & suppliers
