We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, ASEAN to lead regional sales growth for a global industrial adhesive manufacturer across APAC. The position focuses on building customer relationships, developing new business, and strengthening the company's regional commercial footprint.

Job Description

  • Own and drive profitable revenue growth across ASEAN
  • Develop regional sales strategy, channel approach, and account plans
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts and suppliers
  • Identify and commercialise new business opportunities and applications
  • Collaborate closely with technical, operations, product, and customer service teams
  • Support pricing strategy, negotiations, and value‑based selling
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager, ASEAN should have:

  • Proven B2B sales professional in industrial adhesives
  • Strong exposure to tapes, adhesives, fasteners, labels, or similar materials
  • Comfortable operating across ASEAN & select APAC markets
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management
  • Business proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin is a strong advantage to maximize partnership with regional customers.
