Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth within the industrial/manufacturing sector for disposables.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Business Development Executive should have:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Medical Sciences or any relevant field
  • A strong understanding of the medical industry and its market dynamics internationally.
  • Proven expertise in business development and client relationship management across pharma/medical devices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing strategic plans.
