Job Description

  • Lead regional process improvement and transformation projects across payroll and finance operations
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, define business cases, and drive project implementation
  • Support digitalisation, automation, reporting, and system enhancement initiatives
  • Drive standardisation, efficiency, governance, and compliance across service lines
  • Monitor project outcomes, KPIs, productivity gains, and operational performance
  • Facilitate Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement programmes across the organisation
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve process and system-related challenges



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence, with exposure to payroll and/or finance-related projects
  • Experience supporting regional or multinational organisations, preferably within a shared services or GBS environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and process optimisation capabilities
  • Exposure to automation, system implementation, reporting, analytics, or digitalisation projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification is an added advantage
