Our client is a global FMCG organisation with a significant manufacturing footprint across the AMEA region, focused on driving world-class operational performance and continuous improvement across its supply network. This is an opportunity to join a strategic regional function and play a key role in shaping the future performance of its manufacturing network.

Job Description

This role will provide strategic leadership for operational excellence across the region, connecting site performance with broader business priorities.You will work closely with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, supply and engineering to identify opportunities, prioritise improvement areas and translate strategy into measurable results.

The role will also involve developing common approaches, sharing best practices across markets and building capability within the wider organisation.Beyond day-to-day performance improvement, you will have the opportunity to lead regional projects and influence how operational excellence evolves across the network.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence, Industrial Engineering or Continuous Improvement , ideally gained within a complex multi-site manufacturing environment. You will combine strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead regional improvement programmes and translate operational insights into tangible business results. Experience within the FMCG industry will be an advantage.
