Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives and client requirements.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Commercial Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, or relevant technical fields
  • 10 years of commerical experience with specialty chemicals for coating applications
  • Experience handling multinational or regional key accounts in Southeast Asia
  • Proven ability to manage distributors and complex stakeholder environments
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently and operate in a home-based, regional role
