This role will support end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and efficient recruitment processes across the organisation. This role also manages scheduling, candidate pipeline tracking, reporting, and stakeholder support to help drive an effective and structured talent acquisition function.

Job Description

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and track progress for all open positions.
  • Maintain applicant records, update recruitment trackers, and ensure accurate data in ATS or HR systems.
  • Assist with offer preparation, onboarding checklist coordination, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and weekly hiring status updates for management review.
  • Liaise with vendors, recruitment partners, and internal departments to ensure timely follow-ups and workflow efficiency.
  • Handle contract preparation, renewal tracking, and documentation management for recruitment-related activities.
  • Provide administrative support for HR events, employer branding activities, and internal engagement programs when required.
