The organisation operates in the Business Services industry in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to fill approved vacancies across the organisation.
  • Work with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and agree on suitable candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through relevant channels and build talent pipelines for current hiring needs.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability for available roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders to maintain a smooth process.
  • Provide clear updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records to support effective hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and coordinate employment offers for selected candidates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruiter should have:

  • Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through to offer coordination.
  • Ability to identify suitable candidates against agreed job requirements.
  • Experience conducting candidate screening and initial interviews.
  • Ability to coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail when maintaining recruitment records.
  • Ability to work with hiring stakeholders to support timely recruitment activities.

What's on Offer

  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Salary of MYR 54,000 to MYR 66,000.
  • 13th month payment.
