Job Description

  • Coordinate with architects and engineers during the design phase of workplace and infrastructure projects
  • Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management activities
  • Assist in tender preparation, contractor evaluation, and procurement processes
  • Liaise with general contractors and project consultants throughout project delivery
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and project milestones
  • Support office fit-out and building construction activities from start to completion
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are maintained
  • Participate in client meetings and provide project status updates
  • Manage project risks and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of project management or construction experience
  • Background in engineering, construction, or project management preferred
  • Experience in office, commercial, industrial, or similar construction projects
  • Data centre experience preferred but is not required
  • Strong stakeholder, contractor, and consultant management skills
  • Familiarity with design, tendering, and construction delivery processes
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to travel frequently to project sites
  • Must possess full Malaysian working rights
