Job Description

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Hong Kong Payroll
  • Must be able to read and Speak Mandarin, cantonese prefer
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary adjustments, and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit statutory contributions and tax filings as required by local authorities.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR data.
  • Generate payroll reports for management and assist in audits as needed.
  • Stay updated on changes to payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Support process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

  • Experience in payroll processing, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing payroll data.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills to address payroll inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
