Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day order management operations supporting the US market
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
  • Manage escalations and maintain high service performance standards
  • Partner closely with supply chain, logistics, sales, and finance teams
  • Support process migration, knowledge transfer, and operational transition activities
  • Drive process improvements and establish best practices within the new team
  • Coach and develop team members to support long-term success



The Successful Applicant

  • 6-7 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Supply Chain Operations
  • Minimum 1-2 years of team leadership, supervisory, or people management experience
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment processes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Good understanding of Incoterms and their application within international order fulfilment and logistics operations
  • Experience working with global stakeholders in a shared services or multinational environment
  • Exposure to knowledge transfer, migration, transition, or project implementation activities will be an added advantage
  • Comfortable supporting US hours (8pm - 5am Malaysia time, Monday to Friday) within a hybrid working arrangement
