We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations and deliver high-quality service to business customers. This role acts as a key point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring smooth operations, issue resolution, and strong relationship management.

Job Description

  • Create, maintain, and process sales orders in SAP, including order creation, changes, and completion.
  • Monitor order status, delivery progress, and invoice status; follow up with planners, logistics, and supply units to ensure on time fulfillment and commit to KPIs requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, primarily in Thai.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales to align on customer priorities and service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to orders and shipments.
  • Keep master data and transactional records updated in systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality, logistics, finance) to resolve issues effectively.
  • Support assigned OTC or customer service processes as a process contributor or key user.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Oder Management - Thai should have:

  • Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operational roles.
  • Hands-on experience with OTC processes in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong computer literacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
