Job Description

  • Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide high-quality service support
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP systems
  • Support operational excellence and process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) & English
  • Diploma or degree in related field
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer service, order management, supply chain, or shared services experience preferred
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is an added advantage)
  • Comfortable supporting Japan business hours when required
