Join a global operations team managing end-to-end order fulfilment processes for international customers, from purchase order receipt through to shipment and delivery. This role offers exposure to export documentation, cross-border trade operations, and stakeholder management across the Americas region.

Job Description

  • Manage the full orderlifecycle from PO receipt to customer delivery.
  • Process sales and purchase orders accurately in SAP.
  • Coordinate order allocation, shipment scheduling, and fulfilment activities.
  • Prepare and manage shipping and trade-related documentation.
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Resolve order and shipment-related issues while ensuring service excellence.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational KPIs.



The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain in a Shared Services environment
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end order fulfilment.
  • Exposure to shipping documentation, import/export, or logistics operations.
  • Strong SAP experience is required.
  • Experience supporting US customers is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working US support hours (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
