Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in Portuguese.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management - Portuguese Speaker should have:
