Job Description

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately in the system.
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding order updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for order fulfilment.
  • Prepare and review documentation for shipping and delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on order status.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pall Order Management - Italian should have:

  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively.
  • Experience in order management or a related field in procurement and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address order-related challenges.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills for accurate order processing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the life science industry is an advantage.
