Job Description

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during order processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
  • Monitor and track order status, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order management.
  • Handle communication with Tamil-speaking clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to orders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
