About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational organization offering a collaborative environment, regional exposure, and opportunities to grow within customer operations and supply chain functions.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end order management activities, including order processing, delivery coordination, customer enquiries, and issue resolution
  • Process and maintain customer orders using SAP
  • Partner with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Communicate order updates and resolve exceptions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation, master data, and transactional records
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Order Management/Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operational functions
  • Hands-on SAP experience is required
  • Experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) or order management processes
  • Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to support China-based stakeholders
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a multinational (MNC) or shared services environment is an advantage
