Join a global SAP transformation programme as a Materials Management (MM) Data Deployment Lead, supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA and ECC deployments across multiple international sites. You will serve as the Material Master Data SME, driving data migration, cleansing, governance, and deployment readiness activities while collaborating with Procurement, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Data teams.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Material Master Data within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Lead data deployment activities, including data analysis, cleansing, validation, governance, and migration readiness.
  • Support SAP deployment and refinery go-live programmes through accurate and compliant material master data management.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Data teams to ensure end-to-end data quality.
  • Analyse data objects and provide guidance on remediation, transformation, mapping, and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with SAP ETL and Data Migration teams to support deployment activities across SAP and non-SAP environments.
  • Manage risks, governance requirements, and project deliverables within multiple concurrent deployment workstreams.
  • Engage and influence regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.
  • Support Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), inventory management, warehouse structures, and procurement master data processes.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, reporting, and deployment readiness activities across the programme lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess:

  • 5-10 years of experience within SAP Data Migration, Master Data Management, or SAP MM functions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Deep expertise in Material Master Data, Product Master Data, Inventory, and Warehouse Management processes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP EWM, Inventory Management (IM), warehouse structures, stock balances, and procurement data flows.
  • Proven experience in data cleansing, data governance, transformation, validation, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Demonstrated success supporting SAP deployment or migration programmes in procurement and supply chain environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a complex global environment.
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps would be an added advantage.
