Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee the sales process for key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Implement strategic account plans tailored to your market, develop influencer networks, manage stakeholder relationships, and monitor account performance-providing timely feedback and initiating corrective actions when needed.
  • Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • Organize and conduct technical training sessions and product demonstrations for key clients.
  • Generate insightful reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data using the company's CRM system.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts by coordinating effectively across internal teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory outcomes for clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment / F&B industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build client relationships.
  • The ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
