Our client is looking for an experienced IT Operations & Support Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure across the Asia Pacific region. This position combines infrastructure operations, end-user support, incident management, and regional project involvement, ensuring business systems remain reliable, secure, and highly available.

Job Description

  • Monitor IT systems and respond to operational issues to maintain service availability.
  • Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software and access-related queries.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes and apply practical fixes to reduce repeat issues.
  • Maintain IT equipment, user devices and system records to support reliable daily operations.
  • Manage user access requests and ensure systems are configured correctly for business use.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external technology providers to resolve technical matters.
  • Document support activities, known issues and solutions to improve service continuity.
  • Support system updates and routine maintenance activities with minimal disruption to users.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience within IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, System Administration, or a similar technical support environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, operating systems, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft ecosystem technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, and VPN solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
