About Our Client

Our client is within the healthcare industry who is seeking an HRBP Manager to lead the people agenda across its retail store network. The role requires a highly hands on HR leader who can balance workforce planning and talent needs while ensuring strong employee relations and operational HR execution across the business.

Job Description

  • Lead a team of 10 HRBPs supporting 5 regions.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure adequate staffing levels across retail outlets.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both retail and medical talent.
  • Ensure company policies are effectively implemented and consistently applied.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Prepare and present HR-re ated reports and analytics to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP - Manager should have:

  • 8 - 12 years experience in business partnering
  • Retail experience is mandatory.
  • Someone proactive and willing to travel across Malaysia
  • Experience supporting large retail networks with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent acquisition for frontline operations.
  • Commercially minded HR leader with a proactive and practical approach.
