Job Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent for the organisation.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organisational transformation and growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP Manager should have:

  • 8-10 years experience in business partnering, preferably within industrial machinery or scientific instruments.
  • Experienced in merger & acquisition
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence change within an organisation.
  • Proficiency in analysing HR data and presenting actionable insights.
