Our client is within the wellness industry who is seeking an HR Operation Manager to lead the people agenda across its retail store network. You will oversee core HR operations and ensure smooth delivery of payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee lifecycle processes. and support a 10 hr operation while helping the organisation navigate ongoing operational requirements within a complex healthcare environment.

About Our Client

Our client is a well established wellness organisation with 2000hc employee population across 300 outlets. The appointment of an HR Operations Manager will strengthen the delivery of payroll, compensation & benefits, and broader HR operational activities.

Job Description

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant HR operations experience.
  • Strong hands on experience in payroll and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Proven people management experience within a structured HR environment.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Exposure to HR systems implementation, migration, merger, or acquisition-related integration projects.
  • Familiarity with handling overtime and weekend workforce administration.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Ops Manager should have:

  • Operationally strong HR professional with a solid grounding in payroll
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • People management experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
