Job Description

  • Handle HR Operations / Workforce Administration, including employee data, HR records, onboarding and job/personal data changes.
  • Respond to employee and HR-related queries, providing timely support and resolving operational issues.
  • Manage HR documentation and records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
  • Administer and support Workday HR processes and transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve issues across multiple HR systems and stakeholders, escalating where required.
  • Work with regional and internal teams on process improvements, SOP updates and system changes/UAT.
  • Support HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • HR background is an added advantage.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and working with multiple systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Workday, Salesforce and Power BI is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Quick learner, adaptable and able to identify simple, practical solutions.
