Job Description

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function while driving recruitment strategies that support business growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders on workforce planning and recruitment strategies across various levels of hiring.
  • Drive talent acquisition transformation initiatives, process standardisation, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide talent market intelligence and strategic hiring insights to support business decision-making.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract technology, digital, data, and other hard-to-find talent.
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines to meet both current and future workforce requirements.
  • Oversee senior-level and critical hiring while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align hiring practices and improve recruitment effectiveness.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Talent Acquisition should have:

  • At least 10-12 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR experience, with significant exposure to recruitment leadership.
  • Experience within the Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Technology, IT Services, or Digital sectors.
  • Strong background in Talent Acquisition transformation, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven success managing complex technology, digital, data, or specialist hiring in competitive talent markets.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, preferably managing teams of at least 5 members.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and advise senior business leaders.
  • Experience partnering with regional stakeholders would be an added advantage.
  • A resilient, proactive, and adaptable approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
