Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the development and implementation of financial processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting and finance operations.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business growth.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Process should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of financial processes and compliance standards.
  • Experience in managing and optimising accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
