We are seeking for an experienced and commercially minded GM of HR to lead the Group's people strategy and HR function. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this leadership role will drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, compensation strategy, and business partnering across multiple locations.

  • Shape the Group's talent agenda with executive leadership.

With a strong operational foundation and ambitious growth plans, the company is seeking a strategic yet hands-on HR leader to partner closely with the executive leadership team in driving organizational capability, enhancing talent management, strengthening performance culture, and supporting ongoing business transformation.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources across the Group.
  • Partner closely with the Group CEO, Board Members, and business leaders on organizational and people strategies.
  • Develop and execute talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce capability building.
  • Drive performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Review and benchmark compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and retention of critical talent.
  • Strengthen HR business partnering capabilities to support operational and commercial objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, fostering greater collaboration, accountability, and capability.
  • Support organizational transformation and change initiatives while ensuring alignment with business priorities

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With over 15 years extensive experience leading the full spectrum of HR in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CEOs, Executive Leadership Teams, and Boards of Directors.
  • Demonstrated success in talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring and developing teams and is highly visible within the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across different locations.
  • Experience working within Oil & Gas, Engineering Services, Energy, Industrial, or Asset-Intensive organizations will be highly advantageous.
