Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end order processing including order creation, purchase order handling, payment follow-ups, and billing activities.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, shipment creation, and transportation arrangements to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Monitor shipping status and support import/export coordination for regional deliveries.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and order-related issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, finance, supply chain, and shared services.
  • Track order progress, identify delays or operational issues, and escalate where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) should have:

  • A Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in order management, customer service, or order-to-cash operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems is required.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English for stakeholder coordination.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end order processing and supply chain workflows.
  • Strong coordination skills with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
