Job Description

  • Verify import and export documentation for compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment processes.
  • Monitor and address discrepancies in trade documentation or processes.
  • Support the procurement and supply chain department with logistical requirements.
  • Maintain records of import/export transactions for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including customs authorities and freight forwarders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Import Export Verification professional should have:

  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance standards.
  • Open to fresh graduate
  • Proficiency in managing trade documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in regulations and business requirements.
