This role offers the opportunity to move beyond routine customer service into a structured Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations role with exposure to SAP systems and cross-functional business processes.You will work closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, and customers to manage enquiries, support order-related activities, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end customer order processing and updates in SAP.
  • Track order fulfilment and coordinate with logistics and planning teams.
  • Handle order changes, returns, and exception scenarios.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery execution.
  • Support documentation, invoicing coordination, and order accuracy.
  • Manage customer enquiries related to orders and operational matters.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Customer Service (O2C) - should have:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Operations, Order Management, Sales Support, Administration, or related functions
  • Mandarin language capability to support customers and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and process discipline
  • Experience using ERP systems or business applications would be advantageous
  • Experience supporting B2B customers or business operations would be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
