Job Description

  • Lead and manage daily operations within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and statements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive their implementation.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the operations team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, Operations (Japanese Speaker) should have:
