Job Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve any issues.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to management.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, university projects, extracurricular activities, or part-time work.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage.
